Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, business or brand name, and message you provide. For logo orders, we collect your checkout name and email, payment reference and status, design-questionnaire answers, and any brand guides or reference files you upload. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. A private order-access cookie lets you return to your brief; saved access links expire after 90 days. Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and security logs.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide logo-design services, maintain site security, prevent abuse, and keep business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and private file storage. Stripe processes payments. We use Zoho Cliq to notify our team of inquiries, payments, and completed briefs, including private links to the related order. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Optional website suggestions

If you choose “Fill form from website,” we read public pages from the address you provide and send their text and visible brand details to OpenRouter and its model provider to suggest questionnaire answers. We do not send your payment details, checkout email, private uploads, or existing questionnaire answers for this feature. Suggestions remain editable and should be reviewed before you submit your brief.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiries, order details, questionnaire answers, and uploaded files only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, security, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us.

Children

This website offers design services to customers and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.
